1/52...Project Julian begins

I'm a little behind on posting, but not on shooting! I will post my second week photos sometime this weekend if possible.

So far keeping up with one photo a week of my son is so easy it's HARD. The trouble not being taking the photos, but rather deciding on which photo to use. Let me tell you, it's ROUGH.
So, for the time being and until I get totally behind in earnest, I will post my main choice plus a few runners-up.

This week the chosen photos is this one:
Chosen for it's story more than for the photo itself - I love how it captures Julian and his Daddy doing something they both enjoy - skipping rocks in the lake. Julian asks to throw rocks pretty much every day and could honestly sit down there all day and do it - if you let him. Due to the crummy cold, he has been limited on how often he gets to have this 'treat' and thanks to some unseasonably warm weather, he's been able to indulge a little lately! (Although the day/evening this photo was taken, it was plenty cold!)

There are lots of runner up photos this week as the first week of January was a busy one!
My sister came to visit from NY...

being silly with "SantaLicia"  (or Aunt Alicia).

There were new toys to play with...

New chocolate to eat....

And new projects to help with (check out my little handy man!)

And of course...rocks to throw.

We had a good week :)
